TMC Construction often supplies many other local contractors with ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) construction overseeing the energy saving application during construction. TMC is also a certified Energy Star Builder, and is a member in excellent standing with the Tarion Home Warranty Program and the Chatham-Kent Home Builders Association.

TMC also ensures that every employee, sub-trade, supplier as well as designers that are involved in any of our projects are held accountable in adopting our mission statement – Professionalism at all times that produces honest, trust worthy relationships with each and every client. As this is a business we make it clear to all of our staff that we are professionals first and the project is to be done right the first time. At TMC we build exquisite homes to exacting specifications but most of all we look to remove the stress from our client’s minds. Our goal is to build what you want when you want it and to keep track of the ongoing budget concerns, construction, trades and designers.

To help with that process we have introduced our VIRTUAL BUILDER technology in conjunction with Builder Experience. Together we offer a system whereby the guesswork is removed. Gone are the days of staring at a set of blueprints wondering if the materials you selected are going to look right. As part of our overall satisfaction to you we take you step by step through what the house will look like both inside and out.
